This laptop looks great on paper, but the touchpad didn't work right out of the box so I couldn't even get it started. I tried to use the HP customer service but only got virtual help that assumed I could already access the control panel, so I returned it. Unfortunately, this was the second HP 14" laptop with the same experience of the touchpad not working right out of the box, so I took that back too! Now I a third one hoping third time's a charm because they look so good on paper.

Reasonable laptop, but limited in scope and flexibility.

Seemed to be ok but could not get it to connect to an external monitor so had to return it

Overall I am happy with this laptop but I still go to use the numbers which aren't there

Not that fast of a laptop, bought it for my kid for a first laptop and said it was slow.

I think the computer is okay for just different things. Wish it had a place for cd tho.

Not bad. Slow . Speed could be better.Battery not really long lasting.

It is budget laptop..so what you pay, you will get that quality.

I have am avid user of HP computers. Reasonally priced and last long.

The speakers have static at times and battery life isnt the best.

Graphics aren’t that good. I should have bought a chrome book.

I brought this laptop in May 2020, only 8 months. My wifi connection suddenly lost . I got help from my friend and did the device manage. We found the problem. I called HP support. I though they will up date or correct some soft wear, but they didn't do anything , just ask me delete the item which I told them and charge $49.99, also ask me buy monthly mantenance fee. I really disappoint for it. I brought Dell laptop over 10 years and without any issues. I don't know how this laptop lost my wifi and I couldn't find. I have to pay money to get my internet connection back. This is very upset, They only want money but not good service. I don't recommend to other people to but this one.

The computer is nice and small, I like that about it, however it does not have a DVD player, it only has 2 usb ports. Now, I do understand that it is small, but the storage on it is pretty much nothing,
