Need to bring this item back to the store cause the Internet is way too different

Don't waste your money on this garbage,anything else would be a better choice.

I can't get it to work it does not have key pad and I read that it did.

Slow and laggy even when not on the internet. Battery doesn’t last long.

The perfect laptop for things like writing, schoolwork, video streaming, and other simple things. It’s fast and very lightweight. Highly recommend for someone looking for a non-gaming laptop for work or personal use.

Good little Laptop for paying bills and writeing emails emotely all I needed.

After owning this laptop for 4 years and it enduring my 3 little boys, water spilled on it, dropped and countless hours of school work (virtual learning) and games it has held up. It is the first computer that I had ZERO complaints about and would highly recommend. It starts up incredibly fast, rarely ever crashes and has never froze. I am currently looking to purchase another one but for me to use and a newer version. I will never purchase another brand or style again.....especially ones that have a hard drive.

Ive had this laptop for 3 years. It totally met my expectations. I use it for primarily for email, ebay, amazon, and youtube. Graphics are adiquate. Seems to work fine for the basic internet stuff. The only problem i had with it was when my AC unit started dripping water and filled the inside up. Its toast. I cant blame the laptop for that. I dodnt expect it to work under water.

i bought this three years ago and its still holding up till this day. there is some wear and tear as I have dropped it but it still works. the only issue is that the battery runs down fast so I cant go too long without the battery.

The HP 14-DK1003DX is a great laptop, especially for $300!

It worked well for quite a while. It’s been 3 years and we’re now looking for a new one.
