A great starter laptop for college students and young ones

I bought this prior to purchasing monthly subscription to Photoshop Cloud. I thought I would have to exchange it bc I didn't think it was powerful enough for Photoshop. IT IS. Also, RAM can be updated internally. Owned this for approx. 1 month and I love it !

Purchased for granddaughter online classes, and she loves it!!

I bought this computer in Oct of 2019, this week it over heated, screen went black and had a burning smell coming from it. Up until this point I loved this computer. it goes into the geek squad in a week and we will see if it can be fixed or what HP will do for me since it is still under warranty. I'm guessing it is fried! the battery never did last 12 hours and if you were doing zoom or U tube you were good to get 2 hrs out of the battery. I'm guessing I had a bad battery to start with. We will see what the happens from here. I wish I could get it in to the geek squad sooner but with covid understand the wait. I'm just thankful i still have a Toshiba laptop that still works, wish they still made them!

I purchased this laptop in May & it is okay , but still prefer my Acer, which is 8 years old, & has a much clearer webcam. if I could have returned I would have.

This computer is very bad and it has many problems. I does not open google chrome, it freezes for about 3 minutes every once in a while, games are extremely laggy and does not work properly when used for distance learning.

I am stuck with a brand new laptop that says hard disk error it has not been dropped it has not been broken powered it up one day there's this message nobody can help do not waste your money if I could give it a zero Stars I would $1,000 laptop almost that I'm stuck with I can't use and they don't want to help me bull crap don't waste your money
