Nice laptop for the money. Was freezing up while using Microsoft edge a few times, so i just use google. No other problems so far. very easy to use.

It’s a nice basic laptop. S mode is pretty restrictive but you can switch out of it. RAM is low but fairly easy to upgrade. Good bargain laptop

So far so good. Fast computer with great camera to use for work meetings during this pandemic. Also very easy to carry around and travel with considering how slim and light it is.

The best. As usual from Apple. First computer was the Macintosh. Have had Mac products ever since. The only thing is I wish I had gotten the larger SSD. Other than that perfect.

Bought it for my kindergartner for remote school. Cheap but does a great job with the SSD. Not slow at all for the work she does. Obviously no gaming will be done on it.

Really like it big letters and numbers easy to see. The only thing that would make it better is a better camera. But overall nice product.

At first I purchased a Chromebook to use as a shipping computer for my small business. I didn't realize it at the time but that machine didn't work with my Dymo thermal label printer. I returned it and purchased this HP laptop (for not that much more money). I'm glad I did. This little laptop is great. It boots up fast and does my printing duties just fine. It's also great for general we browsing. My only complaint is the raised painted letters on the keyboard. They're a little uncomfortable and disorienting when typing... but that's a fairly minor inconvenience considering what I paid for this laptop. Very pleased.

needed a windows PC for work as my MACs weren't compatible with my office. It works just like i needed it to. no complaints... great price

This is a nice small laptop for personal use. I bought it primarily for Zoom, streaming and playing games. It didn't have an option for CD/DVD so I bought one to plug into this computer. I thought it had Microsoft 10 but it was in S mode which limited practically everything. So I had to remove it from S mode to access Zoom and other apps. I wish I could have seen it in the store before buying, would have bought something else.

I work full time online so this laptop is small enough and fast enough for what I do. The letters have slightly rubbed off but that happened to my more expensive laptop I used to have. If you want to save a lot of pictures, documents, etc, this is not the right choice for you. Look for something else with more storage space. But for browsing the internet, video calls, chatting, social media, playing little games, this is great. It’s also great for kids for online learning without the need to save tons of documents.

Easy to use. Fast start up. Great computer for beginners. Great computer for students. Would recommend purchasing separate webcam if doing meetings or online schooling.

Bought this for my daughter since she is gonna start school and now its only virtual school. Its fast enough for her to do the online zoom things and small projects.

I like this product. The size is perfect and convenient to carry around. In addition to that, the solid state drive adds up to the processor speed.
