Nothing too fancy here, just straightforward laptop. Would've liked to see 8GB in this model for RAM but 4 is workable just fine!

The computer performs well for basic use. Upon startup, it updated Windows 10 in a reasonable amount of time. Operates well for web surfing, streaming, and email.

We purchased two of these for our 10-year-old twins. They are amazing. Perfect for completing schoolwork, and also quick enough to play online games such as Roblox. We are very impressed for computers at this price point. Love the texture to the cover. Are use it often for surfing the web. It is lightweight and quick. My only complaint is that the price dropped by $50 a week after I had purchased. Haha

This is good for business and casual gaming, especially for the price. The only down-side is the battery life is not that good but not a complant form me.

This Chromebook is very easy to use and simple for the technically challenged. For those who are a bit more advanced, you can also use Linux with this computer.

It took some time to set it up the way I like it. Much faster than my old one. I had some trouble but your Geek Squad fix that,

I was very disappointed with the camera. Don't purchase it if you planning on zooming. if I decide to keep it I will have to purchase a web cam.

This is a nice laptop for my high school student to do her school work remotely. The price was nice compared to other laptops.

For COVID-19 We have been looking for a decent laptop to use for my son schooling in house. It works fine so far no complaints at all. Great for the price as well.

this is a basic laptop that meets our needs for work. the 128GB SSD is plenty of space and extremely fast on start up. could use more ram but it is sufficient.

Got an open box and it looks brand new. Very good value. Has ddr4 and 2020 and cpu. I upgraded the ram to 8gb and this is the best 250 laptop I have bought!

Just needed a good notebook to handle some small tasks and browse the web. This HP does that and more. Highly recommend especially for the reasonable price.

Personally I think this laptop is great! For one, it was super affordable and two it runs smoothly. I've had it for almost a month and haven't had issues.
