Easy to setup and use. I would love to get rid of the S-Mode feature, but other than that, good computer.

I replace my daughers laptop dell for this hp, so great, light, fast due to SSD, if you want to do a school use, this is a great option.

Set up was really easy and it was easy to navigate. I like that it has a pass code rather than a password.

This laptop does the job, Its very fast but if you add more storage, It could be even faster.

Plain and simple laptop. Bought it to do my cricut designs and haven't had any issues. Love that it doesn't lag like my old laptop.

So far have not had any issues it works very well No complaints.

Easy set-up. Cortana came right on at start-up and walked me through the whole process. If I ever get stuck I can rely on Cortana!!

"S" mode is a pain in the butt. No gaming except for solitaire. Also since for whatever reason THE great and STUPID as Heck MICROSOFT Corp. will not let me upgrade because My Email address that they have is wrong and when i go to correct it cannot because the J Blankety Blank send the email code to the WRONG Email address. What a bunch of lower life forms. Also when online for a while the screen flickers out then back on. Pain in the butt.

This laptop saved day during the pandemic! It’s not top of the line but a high school kid will never know. I’m glad I purchased this.

Needed two laptops for elementary school kids going 100% virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic. Purchased them on sale for 239.99 each. 14 inches is the right size for them. Display is good. Letters on the keyboard are nice and large. Boots up quickly. Launches apps quickly. Had to switch from Windows S mode to load non-Microsoft apps, like Firefox. Switch to Non S mode is free and simple. Also purchased Office Home and Student since they needed Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. No issues with the laptops.

Easy to use right out of the box. Great for my kids who I am going to be homeschooling this year.
