Nothing fancy but it provides good value at a low price. Does the basics just fine and the battery life is pretty solid.

My computer was taken out of S mode, but somehow went back to S mode and then I couldn't use it! The first time I opened the box. Make sure you get geek squad plan. Not the protection plan but white tie or whatever it's called! This was the first time I had trouble using a computer straight out the box. I would not purchase again!

I love this new laptop. I am not a fan in general, but needed one for work. With the COVID closures, it was difficult to figure out how I was going to be able to actually work with someone to figure out what would be best for my skills and needs. Best Buy allowed me to make an appointment and I was able to not only meet with Geek Squad to transfer some data but also the tech guy to help me choose the best option. Thank you so much. I love the team and I love my new device!

Not just for beginners, but definetly a "Best Buy" for students with tons of storage and features commensurate with more expensive laptops. No wonder this model is completely sold out as other customers see the value in this sleeper of a computing device. Only downside to it is the speed with which it functions. But to make up for that,the solid state drive would definitely make it a durable product.

This is a great laptop. It’s not too big. I like that it’s portable. I take it outside to work in my back patio.

I bought this for my kids digital learning. For the price you really cant ask for much more. I did upgrade the ram from 4gb to 8gb. This made a huge difference in the ability to have multiple tabs running at the same time and only cost an extra $25. 4gb is really not enough in today's world. Other wise pc is quick to boot and it has some great features like web cam, ssd memory, and windows 10.

Keypad is comfortable and all systems operate smoothly. I am a windows user, this is 10, and it is making all my applications easier to use. Very fast and responsive. The file system and icons is still getting used to using newer features. Having an external wireless mouse helps move around the page easier than using the finger touch pad, but it works fine if traveling.
