I got my wife this laptop and she is in love. She needed somewhere to put her extra files, pictures, etc and you can download all of it to this laptop with an app rather than plugging it in to upload. Great product and great price!!

Works well. But started to freeze up. My warranty had expired a few days prior. I think it is not meant for the type of activity and downloads that I use. Would be great for a student.

Great computer, very fast. Crisp, bright screen. Surprisingly good battery life. The battery is internal so won't be easy to replace. Sound quality and microphone quality are also quite good for video conferencing

We bought this to replace my expensive but junk surface book that died after only 4 years. I only use it for reading/checking emails, social media accounts and news so it's not exactly a heavy duty usage yet it tends to hang on me. I only have 2 browser pages opened and it's enough to freeze. Sometimes it came back, other times I had to force it to power off/restart to be able to use it. It's a bit irritating but it's 1/8th the cost of the other one so I guess I can't be too upset about it. Appreciate any help to fix the freeze problem!

Just got my new laptop 14” hp and it’s perfect size for me I was afriad I wouldn’t be able to read the screen but that’s not the case I live the size and how easily it is and I got a good deal with this laptop I went with HP because my daughter has had Dell laptops and always had problems with them not working my home computer is a dell also and I always have problems with it so my daughter got a HP laptop and she has had no problems at all she had it for over a year So I decide to buy me a HP laptop and I’m happy I did

This laptop is small, but that makes it easy to carry wherever you want to use it. I thought it had a 10-key pad, but it doesn't. I wish they still came with CD/DVD players, though.

This is my first touch screen laptop. And I love it. Graphics are high quality. My only con about this computer is it falsely advertises that it gives one terabyte of storage and that is not true.

Bought this for my wife while she’s in school. She loves how quick the startup is with the SSD and the computer itself is so easy to use. Great simple computer for anyone wanting a starter or lower priced school computer.

I like it! I use it for day to day activities such a researching the web, or using it for video calls. I needed something bigger than a tablet considered a laptop, so i got this!

Quality CPU in an inexpensive shell. I have only used it for school so far, but it is fast especially after adding 8GB of memory. It flies. Works fantastic for what I use it for.

I made sure to browse the reviews before purchasing and the consensus among those who reviewed this laptop was that it needed a performance boost. I followed the advice of many of the reviewers and updated the memory with an 8g expansions, in conjunction with the 4g already on board, makes a huge difference. This laptop has been providing much use and value. I think the only concern going forward is how much the battery is going to hold up from all the use I plan on putting it through. I will be taking this laptop with me to SDSU in the fall and putting it through the grinder, we will see how it holds up after this fall.

Easy set up at an easy price. I would recommend this computer for someone who is not doing intensive computing, but still wants to be working in the Windows 10 environment.

Bought this computer for my little sister and she loves it. The screen is so sharp and the keys are sensitive which allows for a gentle touch. It is a very good beginner computer and great quality for the price.

This was a great laptop; very fast. Took it out of "S" mode so I could get other apps not in the Microsoft Store. BUT, it would freeze whenever. Had one - exchanged for another - same thing. Tried everything because I liked it so much. There is an obvious glitch they need to work out and then they would have a fantastic product.

Bought this laptop and set it up for my Aunt. It was fast with the SSD and she has loved it! It comes in Windows 10 S Mode and I left it like that cause she's only going to use it for e-mail and socializing.
