Nice little computer for the wife to use. Lightweight, fast

This 14 inch hp actually smaller than expected but worth the buy. Wife love it.

Had to replace my HP laptop from Best Buy as I had filled the memory so much, it finally crashed. Thankfully I had the Passport files from Best Buy also to re-load on this new one. So far, so good. Smaller than my other HP, but lighter and will be able to bring in a suitcase or totebag for traveling.

Got this computer on sale, and for that price is pretty good. Don’t expect this to be a gaming machine. It’s very simple and will cover light tasks, good for school or work, browsing, using MS office and etc. The screen is not the best. Overall for a good price it’s a good laptops, but definitely not for the full price.

I purchased this laptop which was on sale and the main function was to browse the internet, play a few games and pay bills. Purchased my own security for it and have had no problems with this whatsoever. Good little laptop for the price and I would highly recommend.

Excellent budget laptop that I've been mainly using for web browsing. In that regard, it hasn't disappointed. This HP laptop doesn't have all the bells and whistles (no touch screen, small storage and memory), but still a great entry-level product for everyday use.

Easy to set up the laptop. The laptop is responsive right from start up and the processor seems to be quick. The casing seems a little cheap and is mostly plastic so the laptop needs to be well protected when using it on the go or traveling with it. Otherwise, it was a great deal for the price.

It's an OK computer. Nothing fancy but good for school work.

Works good do miss disk drive but otherwise great.

It is a fantastic performer. The cooling fan does make a slight amount of noise, where my ASUS, is perfectly quiet. The HP seems to have superior performance. I am still getting used to it.

Good deal if you can get it cheap. The laptop itself is light and decent build, but with Ryzen 3 only 2 cores and a weak igpu but don't expect to play any AAA titles. 2D and old 3D games only. Has 2 memory slots to expand and SSD is upgradable.

Good starter laptop with 8gb of ram that should handle basic school or media apps for the tech savvy. Internal ssd could be upgradable if brought to geek squad or a computer tech. Bought on sale

My only complaint is that the keyboard is not lit. I have a wireless keyboard that does light otherwise I may have exchanged it. I also purchased it on sale for $310.00. That is the perfect price for this very good computer.

This laptop was my saving grace I got it on sale, which was a plus but I love HP laptops even as a simple laptop such as this one I get loads of things done whether it’s for work or personal

My shop computer went out so I purchased this laptop and it has been working great the speed is a lot faster only drawback is I should have went with a larger screen but that’s only because my eyes aren’t what they used to be.
