This was a great purchase. I just needed a simple computer to handle banking online and miscellaneous searches on the internet. Nothing crazy going on and i'm not trying to run any programs on it to do anything like editing or gaming. It serves my simple needs. The computer is light in weight and is a sleek black.

It does exactly what I want it to. I can surf the web, watch good looking video, and do other basic tasks fast and easy. My only complaint is it was still pricey in my opinion, even with the sale price.

Bought this for my college kid in a different state. It is a great computer also was easy to order and have shipped to him. Through the website he said it was great and fulfilled all his needs

Perfect ! It is a perfect, no frills, get down to business laptop. Plenty of speed and capacity. Sacrificing the backlit keys i was looking for to the larger letters and numbers was a fair trade off for me. I am pleased with the size of this unit and its functions, for the price this Laptop is SOLID !

I bought this laptop for a light duty travel companion. It works well but with Windows 11 loaded, the boot time has slowed. I added another 8GB of RAM which helped a lot!

This is a decent laptop for the money. It is possible to upgrade the RAM to 16GB, which I did, but accessing the interior of the laptop is not really easy. There are Youtube videos that show how.

Generally happy with it for the price EXCEPT that the touchpad cursor is very jumpy. When I plug in an external mouse, the cursor is fine. Took it to Geek Squad and they thought the mouse driver might need updating. That didn't work. Also, it was maddening because sometimes it seemed to work fine, and then other times it bounced around like crazy when my finger on the touchpad wasn't moving at all. I've tried it on different surfaces and there seems to be a correlation between the jumpy mouse and metal or magnets under/near the desk surface.

I was concerned about the price because it was so cheap I thought it was going to be a really low quality computer. It actually feels nice it's the perfect size so light weight. Works great I've had no problems with it it doesn't make any noise! I am actually glad I listened to the reviews!!

Need a good laptop that could survive my boys and not make me cry if it didn't survive my boys lol. No issues or complaints so far so im happy with it.

Great product for a great price. I wanted a new (non-chromebook) laptop for my boyfriend with enough storage memory and short-term memory for multitasking with multiple windows open. It works out great- we ended up getting one for his mom as well for all of her Cricuit and personal work.
