I love my new laptop. I ordered on line and received it within days. Easy setup with help if you need it. For some reason I'm unable to give 5 stars,which I know it deserves..

First time using such a processor. It freezes often and takes too long time to turn on. Battery is still strong though

This is a great laptop for taking a course. Good for using Microsoft Office applications; researching content on Youtube (good sound quality) and other web resources, and plenty of local drive storage space. Recommended for students and for adults who enjoy taking a course

Good entry level laptop. We do seem to have dropped connection on it sometimes. Where as other items in the house stay connected. Maybe a issue with it or internet service.

Purchased this laptop last year. So far it is running good except 1 issue. After 3 months it takes more time to get the desktop. Ideal computer to do basic work.

This laptop lives up to all the positive reviews I read before purchasing it. Boots up fast, excellent performance thus far, and overall pleased with unit. I'm still trying to get used to Windows 10 S Mode and haven't decided yet to keep it or switch to non S mode.

Only had this laptop for a few weeks and have not been able to use it too much yet. I've been very busy with more important things and setting up this computer is further done the list right now. I'm happy with the laptop in the amount of time I've had to use it though.

My husband bought it for me for Christmas I was really surprised really enjoyed it and it has really good space so I can put all my pictures and my family on their!!!!

I purchased this HP computer as a Christmas gift for my wife. I chose an HP computer because of the low price and the fact that I have an HP computer that I'm very satisfied with. My wife found her new laptop easy to use and she enjoys it immensely.

Nice school computer with an HTML port. Without the HTML port, the last school computer has become a needed replacement for my old, on the go writing computer.

I bought this for school. It handles Zoom and collaborative ultra very well. It does everything I need.

Bought for my 12 year old son and he easily knows how to access the features so its verry user friendly

We got this to supplement my daughter's use of her school-issued Chromebook. She likes it. She plays games on it as well and doesn't complain of lagging.

This is such a great laptop that I recommended that my friend get one. There was a problem in that it was no longer on sale when she finally decided to make her purchase. I encouraged her to go for it anyway because of the quality it delivers.

Great value for the money. It does lack touch screen capability that we’ve gotten used to, but it’s a great starter laptop for my soon to be teenager.

So far this computer has been really good to me. Are uses for a lot of zoom meetings. And I am currently a college students are useless for all my studies all my meetings. It helps me to be able to do my schoolwork type up my papers etc.

This was the perfect gift for our 13 year old grandson. He has a phone, a iPad and every video game console out there. But he wanted an HP laptop to do things all the other electronics can’t do. He loves it, so we are happy grandparents.

Make sure to update the laptop as soon as you get it! It performs exceptionally well and the AMD Ryzen processor does it nothing but good with small games such as CS GO and Minecraft along with Microsoft programs such as excel and word!

Really nice computer for the money bought for my daughter for school to do some extra work. Good battery life not to heavy like the storage too
