This computer is incredibly slow and constantly freezes. One of the reasons I bought this computer was from the reviews and because of the reviews expressing RYZEN being fast, but this one is not. I don't need super speed, but I do need adequate speed and this computer is not even adequate at speed or functionality. The battery also does not hold a charge, it will be newly and completely charged and the battery life will only last about an hour, and when the computer first goes into low battery mode (which seems like all the time), the computer just completely stops working. I understand that this is not an expensive computer, but even for what I paid I should have a functional computer. I am very disappointed and don't even have the money to buy something new so I have just felt stuck with this one since about three months after I purchased it.

I'm not satisfied. I purchased this computer a few weeks ago, and it has frozen on me several times. I have never had this problem with a new computer. Also the quality of the picture for zoom, etc. is poor. For zoom, this computer allows only one person to be seen by the user, where other computers allow you to see all participants. I will return this item, asap.

This was a gift for a 6th grader who has been doing school work from home, but also loves online gaming. He was very happy to receive it.

Runs well, graphics are good quality, runs really well. Able to transition from one game to another with ease and connect to an external hard drive to save game file.

This laptop was set up with ease and would recommend it! Price was a little more than I expected to pay, but appears to be a good device

This computer was as expected. Nice functionality for the price point. I needed to have a pc instead of mac for some specific purposes.

I bought this to replace my son's chrome book while he was remote learning. The chrome book is slow and continues to loose connection. This was perfect. Had all the feature we needed, Fast processing and kept connection

This is a good basic laptop. The drive is not SDD so it is not super fast because of that. For web browsing and Word, it is fine.

I bought this laptop for my mother who is 83 years old. She is very happy with her new computer. Said it was easy to set up with the geek squad help. She's pretty sharp. This unit has more than enough memory for her needs.

Camera sucks, but overall good starter computer. If camera was better, I would have give 4 stars

The PC has been a big upgrade over the previous PC that I was using. The installation of the PC was very easy and self explanatory.

Good mini laptop; but surprised to find that I can only use if apps in Microsoft store only; otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

Nice--but slowwww and did NOT LIKE that it came with windows "S" and I didnt know that, and didnt know what windows s was--the free software that was offered did NOT work with windows S ????? I couldn't change the browser with windows "s"--then the "squad" wanted me to PAY to get rid of "S". t was a 2 day nightmare that I finally figured out on my own--I jus think the consumer should be told about WINDOWS S up front

Needed a decent mutli-use laptop with lots of space. So far it runs smooth every app and sometimes over preforms my expectations.

Lightweight, big keys, good specs especially HD space. Couldn't be happier with it. My one & only complaint is the anti virus program that gets emailed does not open on the laptop so couldn't install it on there.

Computer is good but plastic construction makes the touch pad difficult to use. This makes quality less than what it should be

This is a solid well-built notebook computer made by Hewlett-Packard. I recommend it for those that need a good notebook.

Perfect for my needs, not high powered but efficient with easy access and use. I work in an environment of updated servers, programs and constant change. A pleasure to come home to a personal, easy laptop.

The computer seems to run good the only downside is the long turn on phase one other than that I think it's a great laptop
