It's a good pc. Would be nicer if it was a touchscreen, but I knew it wasn't when I bought it. Easy to get started with.

bought this for my daughter to replace what the school gave her so she can complete her work in peace. works great and is pretty durable. parts are cheap if you need repairs too (ive already had to fix it).

I was kinda unhappy after purchasing. It was unboxed. No recovery cds or computer information, such as manual. Also I could have purchased the 17in computer in a box, which was the same price that I paid for this 14in in your store. Unfortunately due to my busy work schedule I was unable to return. Overall it's really a nice computer but I should have been offered the 17in that was also an HP.

I love the size of this laptop. The storage is better than any laptop I've had in the past. Isn't hard to manage & maintain. Haven't had any problems/troubles with this laptop since I started using product.

Great laptop, very sleek and light. I like the texture of the entire thing. The laptop is pretty quick and has a good amount of space on the hard drive and a good amount of ram to keep it moving smoothly.

It has a nice size screen battery life is good He also has all the ports that I need And ethernet port is always a plus

My laptop took a dump with three week left in class and I was able to purchase this and finish. It's very comfortable and strong enough to handle a lot of things. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I am a 69 year old with limited computer experience. This lap top with windows 10 is very easy to feel your way thru. It seems to kind of know what you are trying to do and helps you do it.

This laptop unfortunately has Edge competing with Chrome, causing my machine to seize up and shut down.

Bought this for my grandson. He's 11. He does his school work and plays some games on it with no problem.

So far so good with computer. My son is able to do his school work at home and has had no complications.

This computer is great! It was a gift for my son (who loves to play video games and watch movies). It has totally served it’s purpose. In addition, to being the perfect size.
