    Worst laptop I've ever owned. The first day I got it, it froze on me. Why would that even happen? The next day it complete shut down on me out of nowhere. This laptop is garbage, It's not worth the price! Buy at your own risk.

    It freezes up all the time. I had Microsoft look at it and HP and they say its not hardware, its the software. Well the only software thats on it is what came on it. Now HP is saying I have to pay them to tell me what's wrong with it. Started having issues 3 weeks into owning it. I won't ever buy another HP.

    It’s basic. Cheap. Used about 2 hrs and found tablet was better. Gave it away rather than pay restock fee. Won’t buy again

    These laptops are total junk. We bought two of them and they both freeze up constantly. They will freeze up just from simply watching a youtube livestream and that being the only tab even open. Having 8 GB of RAM, they should be able to handle huge amounts of windows being open and should work significantly better than my old laptop that only had 4GB of RAM. It worked way better than these! I wish I would have returned them before the 30 days was up. Huge mistake! What's the deal with these? Why do they freeze up constantly? Is it because of taking them out of S mode? That shouldn't cause this. I've tried everything possible to improve performance and nothing works.
