I was shocked to see how flow this computer was, seeing it is Ryzen 3 and has a good bit of memory. Bad purchase - Choose something else

it takes forever to turn on and it is the slowest computer ever. you have to charge it every time you use it too 1/10 never again

This computer works for basic browsing needs. It can not handle programs like Itunes well. It freezes during zoom sessions online.

Issues with the touchpad, very erratic while plugged into charger. Once it is removed from the charger the touchpad works fine. I will be returning to Bestbuy to have them replace this laptop and charger

Returned. Kept freezing up. Store did not have another or any thing else in stock in the same price range.

Slow to boot up, pretty laggy considering memory size, overall slow laptop but can do simple tasks

The laptop worked well for us for about 2 years until it got the blue screen of death.

I usually have no problem with pcs but the first day I turned on the computer it took over 10 minutes to load the start screen. Computer was slow with opening applications and doing simple functions. I was not happy with my purchase and returned after 2 weeks of dealing with this computers slowness.

Hard drive completely failed 4 months after purchase. Was being used for daughter's online school.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I was so excited to get this, until I got it! It is so slow. Had issues the moment I turned it on. Took 13 minutes to even load so I could personalize it. Then didnt want to let me put my emails in. Kept showing an error. Wouldnt load my photos. Jumped out of Amazon app every time. That was all within 30 minutes of using it. Returning now. So heart broken. Tried to load photo here to show issues but says they are too large

Bad resolution. I bought this for my son and I was disappointed by see how bad it was.

This is a complete piece of junk. Once the the free trial virus protection ends the lab top completely crashes. Then you are redirected to Best Buy to pay geek squad $200 more dollars to fix it! This was a bid lesson learned, never again

battery life is abysmal and functionality is slow.

It takes a long time to get started, up to 7 minutes. And runs out of memory quickly. Otherwise, it seems to run fine

Was so slow- the testspeed from other devices is perfect, but not from this one- updates done, works for couple hours then the slow again. I ended up returning it because I couldn’t resolve the issues. Ps- I had assistance from Microsoft support too.

This laptop was purchased for my mother. She has been using it for less than 2 months and experiences a lot of fan noise, and it took long to turn on today. Best Buy would not allow me to return this laptop even though it is obviously faulty.

Laptop is cheap looking with poor camera. The price is just like they say, “you get what you pay for”.

This laptop is the absolute slowest computer I have ever used. It took 40 minutes to start up and when it was finally up and running, it was still slow! I had to return it because it was not working for what I needed it to do.

Because after ordering a laptop for more than a few days and paying for it I made some commitment for work, however received a message that it is not available. They should have checked before taking my order. This is not the 1st time and affected me financially.
