The web cam turns off after being on for about 20 min. This must have been the reason why it was sold as an open package. not a good product if you are using for zoom meetings in these times of pandemic.

I have had it for 3 months, and it will no longer take a charge. Can only use it if it's plugged in. Worst purchase I've ever made at Best Buy.

WORST HP PRODUCT EVER!!

It runs terribly slow, freezes, and lags like crazy since the day I got it. I've only had the product for about a month and had to reset it 2 times! I am returning it asap. It is a piece of junk. Very disappointed in HP!

Price was great, but the screen resolution is garbage, the casing feels mega-cheap and it took 40 minutes to boot up the first time we took it out of the box. DO NOT BUY.
