    The laptop itself is decent for the price point but doesn’t let you download certain apps that you can on any other laptop and it’s not a chrome book. 2 star mainly because this is the 3rd time in 2 years Best Buy has sold me another item that was used listed as “brand new, never opened” at full price when in fact the item is used. To the person who owned this before I sadly have all your info now which is so sad that bestbuy allowed that. I won’t ever use it but still a major let down from best but. I guess I’ll start purchasing on Amazon. This is why brick and mortar stores are having issues competing against the online market.
