    I had purchased this laptop to do my crafts with. I was so excited to get this because it was supposed to work with my other projects. When I received it I charged it all day! Needless to say it didn’t work! I was asked repeatedly if I could drive over an hour away to exchange it (which I work two jobs rn) I did state that I couldn’t but I could take one a little more expensive. I was told no. Never got a return label and called again. Spoke to another person who was going to send me to speak with someone else! I told him to forget it!! I was so upset over this and I’ve never had a bad experience like this with Best Buy.

    Basic PC for web browsing and streaming. Store some videos on it to watch when traveling if you don't want to take your main PC. It beats a phone for web browsing.

    This laptop was bought open box and it didn’t hold the charge. So I didn’t really get to use it. I returned next day and was not even curious or thinking on exchanging, honestly it’s too tiny for my taste

    Bought this computer for my son for Christmas so he could stream and do school work. We love it we were surprised it plays games so well he is extremely excited about that.
