I can’t get it to do anything. Slower than using dial up. Called HP… no help whatsoever. And they won’t get back to me on anything. I’ve been a loyal HP customer for years. Never again

Don't waste your money or time!

I bought this laptop for college homework and it was incredibly slow while it worked. It completely stopped working this afternoon and lost all of my cumulative course projects. Thanks for the rip off.
