I haven’t even had this laptop for a month, I’ve used it maybe 5 times, and it’s already running like a 19 year old computer.

I bought this computer new the first day i got it it was extremely slow it has been 1/5 weeks and its still slow

Right out of the box, the computer is so slow I can’t even open up the internet browser!!!

Bought one for our Grandson. He likes it so much we decided to get one for his sister. She, too, thinks it's great.

Computer is very slow, took several minutes to setup. I tried changing the search engine to chrome. Impossible

i definitely wouldn’t purchase this again even when I went to pick it up from the store one of the employees said I can’t believe they charge this for that laptop

I needed a simple laptop for travel and backup. It meets all my expectations at a great price.

For the price you pay, this is a great laptop. Has plenty of power to handle everyday uses. Picture is clear and crisp.

Super slow and it has trouble performing basic tasks due to the lack of RAM and a fairly crappy CPU. No apps even running on the computer, my CPU and RAM are already at almost 100%. I plan on returning and looking elsewhere

For the price, this laptop is very good! I am very pleased with the performance of this laptop.

Bought graduation gift for nephew. The blue laptop looks so good. He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

Love the laptop. Exactly what I needed for home leisure use . Easy to order on line and got it the same day

I returned this product because it didn’t make my needs for my collars courses and it was somewhat slow.

I cant even use the web browser for basic usage. Just lags and never loads. Is not an internet issue either because my other laptop works perfectly

For its price it’s still complete garbage, just from the start everything was super slow.

I bought this laptop to get me by while my more expensive laptop was in for repairs. When I booted it up, it had me sign into my Microsoft account and all my saved websites and account info migrated to this computer. This is a no frills laptop, no lighted keyboard, no fingerprint recognition but is a solid laptop to get the job done. Great laptop for the price, Came with MS Office too.

My sister loved it. This laptop was great for the price and overall pleased with the product.
