Knew Best Buy would have what I wanted this was a purchase for my son. He wanted a blue lap top and as always Best Buy had it. Best of all was the price.

Not what I was looking for. My fault that I am not not computer savvy. Takes a long time to boot up. Microsoft windows 11 a huge disappontment.

This is a really good PC, a little slow because It only has one processor, but that is only a problem once you try to do too many things at once.

Great laptop for school or any other minor things. If there is a need for space, just buy a flash drive or a hard drive.

It was bought for programming equipment, so it works fine for that as a personal laptop for emails and browsing probably not so much. It serves it’s purpose after we changed the way it operates.

I had to return the device due to it not working after a week.

I bought it in a rush before school started but it honestly is perfect for everything.

I really like my HP computer and what it offers as specs and cpu as well as it's support system. I have always favored the HP brand.
