    On purchasing this laptop we have found upon first opening it there is a loud sssshhhh sound coming out of it. It stopped then started and stopped and started.

    I bought this for my 7 year old to do homework on, mind you its ONE WEBSITE. No documents or anything. She has one tab open and stays on that one site/tab. Its completely crashed out. Charges and wont do anything else. We tried hard reseting two different ways and using the motherboard failure correction. I wouldnt even recommend it as a paperweight.
