all works well, nice design, comfortable, fast , light.

Very slow. Hard to set up. Took forever to load multiple pages.

You get exactly what you pay for. Got this for my sister to learn how to use windows and overall was decent as a beginner laptop.

Wanted a basic laptop for my kid but this thing hardly functions. It’s so slow for even basic tasks causing frustration every time. Best Buy has such a short return window and accessing support will cost more than the laptop did so I’m now stuck with a non-functioning laptop. Such a bummer!
