    Very limited, cannot add memory, which limits the software you can have to the 64GB

    Returning the laptop because it cant load anything within anreasonable amount of time. Straight from the box new and it runs at snail speed. It was bought solely for college school work and it cant even manage that. Not sure if i got a dud but super unimpressed.

    Purchased 11/6/2022, battery failure 7/21/2025: only works (and runs slowly) if plugged in, battery no longer charges. Average use 1 hour/day for Zoom meetings. Battery isn't removable/replaceable, not worth the repair cost.
