    Good value product The Windows Safe option was not clear but BB staff told me how to opt out of it

    Slow as sap. No operations or owner's manual. Difficult to download other search engine or browser .A complete waste of money. Wanted to return it, but needed it for a series of Zoom meetings. Now I'm stuck with it.
