Great product, durable and good speed for a college student

Everything works as expected. No surprises ,which is great

Major problem in less than 3 months had to take back to the store to see if it can be repaired if not replaced. Waiting for follow up from customer service department

It serves the purpose. I think having a backup is good.

This computer is garbage. It is incredibly slow from the beginning. We've had nothing but issues with the computer since day 1. I've tried to reset it to factory settings and it won't even allow that to happen.

I just needed a laptop. It works for what I need it to do..

Birthday gift for my daughter and she loves it uses

Bought a open box fair condition only came with laptop missing charger missing box manufacturer warranty expired in 2023. Was a open box from 2022. Paid $89.99 brand new was 143.00 after buying charger it would make it same price as a brand new one.

I hate to say anything negative because I love HP products and bought and enjoyed several laptops through the years. But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

Arrived in one day.Easy to set-up and it loads pages quickly.

Extremely slow! Won’t even load Chrome browser properly let alone. Can’t even perform basic tasks, let alone run any software!

Works pretty well except for a few glitches here and there

This Computer is really Slow. I’ve had it a couple a months. Initially i bought an hp laptop and that wasn’t any good so I traded it in for idea pad and it’s even worse. Very slow!
