OS takes up over half of the drive space. Out of 64GB I have 13.6GB remaining. 1GHz processor is extremely slow and I am unable to use this device properly due to that.

I love HP and never had issues with the ones i bought in best buy. I needed one for school and this specific one was recommended. Of course, it had to be ordered and shipped. Came jn percect condition. However it has slowly been acting up. Here we are, under a year from purchase, and it has stopped working. The geek squad has to send it off to get woeked on.. and i have to pay ON TOP of the geek squad i purchased.

I literally jus got this and it runs sooo slow. It wont let me download good and its lagging and taking forever to load. I cant even get on Microsoft edge.

Garbage! Save your money. This is the slowest computer I've ever owned. Had to use my phone to order plane tickets because the pages wont even load.

I bought this laptop and took it back within a week or so. Runs super slow and freezes even when using Microsoft word. Gets super hot while charging. Took 2 hours to factory reset.

We ended up returning this laptop! It was super slow to open anything on the web or even simple things like trying to open the settings!! I wouldn’t recommend this one.

They got 4 GB of ram mixed up with memory, it does not run very well at all. It's what you get for the price but a bit less.

The computer was so weak every url entry was put on a wait status for it to come up. Contantly trying to load and when it did load it was too late.

Too slow to use properly, especially for a child as each page takes minutes to load they start clicking other things, even opening the start menu is over a minute. There is clearly something wrong but I am not able to figure it out. I guess this is my punishment for buying a $200 lapotop and of course the return window is tiny I didn't even have it out of the package before the return window ended.

the wireless runs slow I can put it next to another PC and do a speed test and it at under 25mbps and the other is above 500mbps. the only thing I bought it for was to stream, so it's not that great.

The worst laptop I've every purchased. Constantly crashing when only having one website open, Woe fully under powered for even simple tasks. Absolute garbage, don't waste your money.

Works well for average use. Screen contrast and brightness is not ideal.

overall for the price i have to say this isn’t a bad computer, but it’s not a particularly good one either. Right out of the box it took an inordinately long time to boot, it seemingly has a hard time processing basic functions like web browsing.

Don’t buy. Don’t believe other reviews like I did. It’s slow. Can’t even do zoom call on stable connection. This shouldn’t be sold.
