I am very pleased with this laptop. The set-up was simple, it's easy to maneuver through the different programs. Installing programs/ apps are quick and painless. Browsing speed is phenomenal. I am very pleased with the battery life as my last laptop had a horrible battery life. Having more than one USB port is great. The clarity in the screen is incredible. It's so lightweight which is another great thing about it. Lastly great price!!

Does this keyboard have a backlit keyboard?Also I had a laptop a couple years ago, I threw it away by accident will i be able to do something about it?

The product is working good but the battery doesn’t work well Ihave to charge it every time the charge goes fast

While the computer is in "S" mode, you cannot download tax software like TurboTax. I learned this the hard way. I think you have to take the computer out of "S" mode, which you cannot reverse.

So far it has done exactly what I needed it to. There's been a solitary no problems!

I am enjoying my lap top. I was afraid I wouldn’t like the smaller screen but I am happy with it.

This laptop was awful. The letters kept sticking and when I tried using the shift key to add a symbol or capitalize, it would add a different symbol and not capitalize. It was very slow as if it was refurbished. I ended up returning it. I do not recommend.

The laptop is working for exactly the purpose I intended it for.

Bought for my mother to have a very basic useable computer. I wish I would have bought her a refurbished old computer instead. It barely functions with maximum patience. It is a pretty shell that does the barest of bare minimum. Worth working an extra shift and oayi g the extra 100 for an acer or something that actually works.

Overall great laptop for entertainment purposes had to return and swap it out due to it not having enough RAM for the tasks I would be performing. If you need something simple to scroll the entertainment stream movies and tv shows on this laptop would be perfect
