Nothing was inside of it. Only had it for 1 week & now it’s inoperable. 2nd laptop I’ve purchased from here that’s broke for no reason. Won’t purchase another.

Very easy to carry if wishing to navigate the uncertainties of an uneventful day. Not an extravagant computer but provides all the functions needed within its simplicity. With that made known, battery becomes hot, warm to the touch, if placed on lap for an extended length of time. Allow for airflow.

She just needed a basic laptop to check email and social media and this laptop fit the bill. She chose the blue color which is exactly as pictured. It was easy to set up and it runs at average speed. I thought it was a reasonable price and shipping was fast. You can't go wrong with HP!

I use this computer for nothing but surfing the web....not movies, not video games, etc. It is so slowit drives me crazy, so much so that I use my little Amazon fire tablet jnstead. I should have just returned it. Do not buy this. The backspace button stopped working for no reason.
