Buy only as a last resort

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It takes forever to load and when it goes to a new site you have to click “wait” on a “this page is not responding, wait or close” error message a couple of times before the page will load. This doesn’t happen every time but enough for it to be a problem. And this is after making sure any updates were completed.
