Love this Hp Laptop

I mean like when I seen it I was so happy because last time I had bought a laptop it wasn’t on Best Buy. My package came iffy I didn’t like it And I have a few scratches on my old laptop but this laptop that I got none of that I had no problems with it at all will buy again .

Fast and Lightweight

It's lightweight which makes it easier to move around. Its faster than my old one and the clarity of the screen is excellent. However, in 2 months it has died on me twice. Black screen that just keeps blinking.

Cute but really, really slow

However, the processor is really slow and has a noticeable lag. I ended up returning it because it was so irritating to deal with.
