The laptop is very slow and I can’t use it for my school work. I want to return it

NOpe! Would not recommend. Hard to press keys and runs slowly.

So far, I am very happy with this economy priced laptop. I’m leaving a review because I depended on the reviews before I purchased. I love the white color! I love the way the keys punch on this laptop!! So far…no complaints!

You get what you pay for. I had to uninstall Google Chrome because it completely froze the computer up. It is much better now, but it still isn't the best. It's a decent basic laptop for the price.

Was sent a USED computer, it wouldnt sign onto wifi so on step 3 of set up it never got any further. Sent computer back the day i got it and STILL havent received a full refund. Never buying thru any other place online like this again. I thought i was buying from best buy not some person. Very unhappy this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I needed something quick for my travel assignments and didn't want to spend a lot. I have an HP desktop at home & thought I'd stick with a known brand. I love this thing as i do my work & watch Hulu, Disney plus etc., one mean little CPU.

They got 4 GB of ram mixed up with memory, it does not run very well at all. It's what you get for the price but a bit less.

I was worried that for a cheap laptop it was going to be slow or breakdown but it has been reliable and has worked with completing school work and homework. Very satisfied with purchase.

This HP laptop performs well and it does the job that it is tasked to do. Obviously not your all the bells and whistles machine, it is reasonably fast and is a good choice for doing basic tasks from a bedroom or home office. Price to performance ratio is very good.

Very slow, get a lot of "page not responding" messages. I have to go and manually sync the time every time I log on. Nice looking, not enough ports. Was also hard to connect to any printer.

I absolutely love my laptop! Did not know at the time of purchase it also had the optional feature to use the touch screen as well! Highly recommend

I've had this laptop since 2022, its now 2024, I haven't had any problem. It's basic and small, exactly what I wanted. It gets the job done.

I find it to be a very good and lasting brand and I have no issues with the purchase. I will continue to make my purchases from Best Buy they are quick and efficient.

Need a bit more to handle spreadsheets, but will hold

Great laptop! I'm very pleased with it. It was very easy to set up too, I love it. It meets all my needs and I also love the color.

So far it is good. Have not had any issues with this item.
