The computer is so slow I thought its damage until I saw the reviews. I cant believe its a new computer. yes the price is very cheap but the computer is unusable. will probably return it tomorrow.(bought it today)

This laptop is absolutely marvelous! I can easily navigate the features such as Microsoft office. The size of 14 inches is perfect for writing in. It is called charmingly; Snowflake White. So I think it is pretty too. The price was excellent at only 212.00 dollars. I am completely satisfied and delighted.

Bought this for my 15y/o niece. She needed it for basic school work, online social media, and a little online shopping. Processes fast, compact for mobility to school, and stylish. So far so good. Only bad for a few weeks so I’ll come back to review if needed.

This is only for uses such as school, or a basic movie. Screen quality is pretty good but it lags easily if there’s too many tabs in the web browser. Super easy to manage and is surprisingly really durable!

Needed a laptop for my son's college courses. Best Buy had it ready in an hour and he was able to complete a short notice assignment.

Laptop was a good deal and works as expected. Open boxs are great ways to get good deals

I purchased the HP 14 Laptop Intel Celeron N4120 2019 thinking it would be a decent basic laptop, but it has been nothing but frustrating. Almost immediately after setting it up, it started freezing constantly. I have to restart it multiple times just to get anything done, which completely defeats the purpose of having a reliable computer. The performance is extremely slow, even for simple tasks like browsing or opening basic programs. The limited memory and storage make it practically unusable for anything beyond the bare minimum—and even that is a struggle. Honestly, this has been one of the worst laptops I’ve ever owned. Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your time or money on this.

I bought this laptop because my old one broke and I needed something for school. It runs great and doesn't lag. I can game on in through the Xbox app and my Xbox as well as do everything I needed for school. The battery life is great as well as the speed.

Great laptop, I really loved it until the point that I sat on the screen and shattered it.... FYI 600 for a new screen.... Yikes!
