I brought this laptop for work but I haven’t taken it out of the box yet

Good laptop for the price, just make sure you download and install all the software updates before you use it. It will be really slow and glitchy until you complete all the updates.

I needed am emergency computer and I bought it for less than 200 bucks. So far so good. I have only used it for a week. Time will tell. For the price, I am absolutely content. I l also love the the white and rose gold color.

The computer is very slow. It’s hard to work on MS office because it slows down a lot with the online service. It’s good to just look up things on the internet. Thinking of returning laptop this week. Not happy with the performance

Just purchase this hp laptop for my online courses. I love the color! Rose gold is a beautiful color and different than an average black or gray laptop. It is a cute little size. Can just carry it anywhere! It's also really light.

Bought for my eleven year old granddaughter, who is homeschooled. She’s always on it looking things up, doing school work or playing games. definitely would buy it again.

Its ok. I got this for my kids for Christmas to watch videos on YouTube and use for basic school. We have only had it a couple weeks but it freezes up a lot just on YouTube. It would be better to buy the next step up.
