I purchased this laptop for the basics. Using MS Word to update my resume and watch the occasional show on streaming apps. It literally took 15-20 minutes just to open a Word document and I could never get Netflix to load. Being cheap bit me in the butt. Lol

Purchased for my niece. She loves it, 9 years old.

Bought as a gift for my 13-year-old granddaughter. She loves it works well.

This my review of this HP Burst laptop. It is a great basic laptop. The out-of-box experience was really good, after a sign-in of my Microsoft account and a few Windows 11 updates, it was up and running with no issues. The performance is just ok, it is not a high performance laptop that you would play graphic intensive games on. This HP laptop will do all of your everyday basic computing needs. I had no problems with Facebook, X, Instagram, Gmail, Youtube, etc. The battery life was really good and would last longer with the battery saver mode that is available. The 4GB of memory isn't really enough nowadays and I did notice Windows 11 slowing down when having multiple tabs open in Edge, Chrome, or Brave. The 64GB of onboard storage is also on the small side. But, for what this laptop is being marketed towards, it will be fine and an external SSD are getting cheaper all the time. I really wish that HP would have decided to use the now standard USB C charger for this laptop instead of what it has. I was surprised to see the SD card slot on the side, it also has HDMI, 2 USB A ports, A USB C port, and a headphone port. The onboard Bluetooth worked well in my testing. The camera was good, but for some reason, it was not working with the Windows Hello feature. This is a good basic laptop that will do what most people need to do, just don't expect it to be a gaming laptop. I really like it and it will be travelling with me daily as it is lightweight and works well for what it is.

Exactly what I needed, after my other laptop broke

VERY slow Immediately returned for a MacBook It connected to my internet but still took forever to load the web page. And no it’s not my internet as the MacBook I bought an hr later worked perfectly. So did my old and cheap Lenovo.

I had a Chromebook. It did nnot ave Windows. I am having minor issue with installing Apps.

I am trying to place an order, the call has been disconnected twice, with no return call. I am not satisfied at all. I also tried to price match, unable to do that as well, not allowing the price match to go through online. I am very very, dissatified with Best Buy Today.

Enjoying my computer very much. The brightness of screen is awesome.

I RETURNED MINE AFTER A FEW DAYS TRYOUT....!!! VERY CHEAPLY MADE, THE SCREEN IS BAD, VERY DIRECTIONAL TO GET THE BEST VIEW, PLUS TOO REFLECTIVE....!!! I KNOW ITS A BUDGET LAPTOP BUT HP CAN DO A BETTER JOB. I ENEDED UP GETTING THE NEW LENOVO SLIM CHROMEBOOK ON SALE, A NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE FROM THE HP.....!!!

I bought this in preparation for going back to college. I started school two weeks ago. After using this laptop for two weeks it just stopped working. I never took it anywhere, have barely anything downloaded on it, it just stopped working one day. The screen flashes white and shuts off.

Great value for the price. Easy to set up and get started on.

Purchased this laptop to use for my online classes. It was affordable and if it lasts me until next December it will have served its purpose. It doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles but for the price, it is a pretty good laptop. It can be slow to load things at times but other than that it works great. It's lightweight which makes it easy for me to carry around when I travel.

Keyboard has a delay when pressing keys. Frustrating when writing something.

Great for new users and students. Light weight and sleek.

Purchased this for school but unfortunately i might not be able to use it. Since day one its been slow but it got better for a little then right back alow. I’ll be taking it in to see what’s wrong soon but overall bad computer.

Great size the TV looks pretty good pretty bright. I love it.

So slow it can barely browse the web. Guess you get what you pay for. I will buy a Chromebook instead next time.
