I was never able to download the free Webroot software. I had a chat with the Tech Support and nothing was able to get resolved. Therefore, one of the reason I purchased this laptop never was able to be of benefit. Kind of a ripoff.

My son haven’t even got to use his computer since he got it. It’s been in the box since Christmas because this laptop moved sooooo slow and sucks BAD

It’s was an open box listed as excellent condition. In about a month the screen went totally black it was after my return date was over. I took it to get fix and I was told it was a crack inside the screen that eventually went all the way though.

This laptop was so slow that it was unusable and I returned it. When I took it back to the store, an employee confirmed other returns for the same reason. Do not purchase this laptop.

Unfortunately this computer moved to slow. Once I finally got it set up I couldn’t even seach things on the web due to it taking too long. Ended up returning.

Great for the price. Fast on the internet. For internet use 11S mode is not a problem. I recommend for internet use for email. May be restrictive for other uses with limited storage and ram

computer is defective (top row does not work correctly) and best by wouldn't exchange or let me return it, brand new out of box and they said because I didn't purchase the extended warranty

it's an alright laptop my system keeps having problem keeping the time and date where it goes back 2 to 3 days change it then 2 and half hours later time goes back to when I first got one the computer

Super disappointed in how extremely slow this computer runs programs. I realize it is a cheap computer but waiting 2-3 minutes for something to load on fiber internet. No thanks.

I love my pc and it was a great price. I spent less than $200 for it. My old HP I had for almost ten years so it stopped working and this one fulfills my needs as I am a college student online.

Computer is really slow do not recommend brand new and would not load anything

The unit died less than 2 years. I sent it out to HP for repair since it was under warranty. However their support kept telling me it was not Covered under warranty cause it had damage. However - they were never able to document what the actual damage was- no evidence or proof. After several attempts dealing with support - they never got back to me to inform me of what they found as damage. I gave up and will never purchase an HP again.

I hadn't planned on getting a new laptop until my current one came up with kernal page error and then wouldn't open. So I immediately started looking. I love HP products and saw this one. Size and weight wise it is much smaller then my current laptop, which will make great when I have to travel. But small in size doesn't mean small in any other way. It has the same amount of memory and everything else that my older laptop has. And I have my bluetooth keyboard and mouse paired with it and that makes so easy.

This computer was so slow I would not recommend to anybody. The store worker even had a problem using it when I was returning it. Worst computer. Would not recommend to anybody.

Not impressed with this computer at all. The associate helping us wasn't very helpful, was too interested in his conversation he was having on his phone than with us. Had I known the lack of memory this laptop had, I would not have bought it.

Ok product, overall I would recommend hp products!

I don’t recommend buying this computer. I took it out of the box and it completely froze, the battery died super quickly when I did get to use it. Super slow, put your money into something better
