Its sooo slow,im a beginner laptop user and has the most difficult time searching for anything because the speed is so slow meanwhile it was a christmas gift but i didnt open it till way later now im out the window of exchange

This is so slowwww it’s unbearably slow and I wish i bought something else or could get a refund… I hate this computer

Computer came with the mouse not working, tried to take it back and the workers said a program has to be installed. How can install a program with no clip mouse? Don’t recommend.

I'm shocked they can get away with selling this piece of crap. It's not just slow, it's unusable. Save your money, don't buy it.

Complete trash laptop! Do not waste your time. It did updates for the first 45 mins I had it on. Once fully updated, it can’t even process enough to open a webpage. It’s unresponsive and if it does actually reapond, it’s got about a 3 min lag time.

I’m not big on technology! But this computer isn’t compatible with downloading anything. For instance, it came with a free virus protection system and I can’t download it. Then I tried downloading discord, I can’t download it. Returning!!

Nice style and size but was a little slow for my needs.

The absolute worst laptop I’ve ever had! I can’t get it to do anything. Slower than using dial up. Called HP… no help whatsoever. And they won’t get back to me on anything. I’ve been a loyal HP customer for years. Never again

Great for basic tasks if getting a chromebook isn’t going to work out. Very durable. Get it on sale.

This labtop doesn’t work sadly brought for nothing

I upgraded the ram to 8gbs and that was the ONLY way it became useable. I had to do this because money was tight but for any who has ANY other options don't buy this.

Do not buy this laptop! It’s a hunk of junk. Barely works half the time and runs super slow. Tried everything to fix it to no avail, and now i’m stuck with this piece of crap

It works good. Would not recommend for business users. But really good for small projects.

Low budget low-grade laptop, struggled at the simplest task

Could not get laptop to connect to WiFi for initial set up.

I would rate a negative if i could. Completely locked up and had to get refund. I was told by an employee, that the most expensive part of it was the case. Not worth the money not time.

Brought this item as an open box product item never worked properly and return period was shorten than an traditional item so I I just loss out on money I was suggest to not purchase open box items as the quality is not verified.

DO NOT BUY. The worst laptop I have ever used in my life. Got it for my daughter for Christmas has not worked since 2 days after. Will not open any apps locks up and screen goes black then comes back on. GARBAGE

Great Computer for the price! Does the job plus more while looking sleek!

Good quality computer. I bit laggy the good news you can upgrade the ram.
