Maybe it was defective, but this laptop was glitchy from the beginning, extremely slow to logon extremely slow, tune, respond to commands. It was so bad that I decided to ship it back, and I couldn’t even get it to factory reset because everything was so slow.

Price is cheap but don’t let that fool you, the moment I turned on the laptop you could feel the cheapness. It’s slow and looks horrible for 2023. Save the money and get something way better for an extra 100$.

It works perfectly for my online classes, which is all I use it for.

I love the color. It is very basic in its functions still it works well for it’s price.

The HP 14" laptop wasn't able to open an app & navigating around was more than just slow. Returned it the next day & purchased an Asus ExpertBook.

Bought this laptop exactly one year ago today and it no longer works . Has only been used a hand full of times . Would not recommend

This laptop is the worst laptop I ever bought. Very slow if open more than one tab. material is poor and fragile. I liked the blue color though.

Very limited memory, continues to stop, restart. Returned and the new model has the same issues. For an HP, this isn't worth the money...

This computer doesnt work even half the time. Tried updating everytime itd have an update and it keeps getting slower and slower. Ive only had this computer for like 6 months and it worked for maybe a week.

It meets my expectation and requirements. I am satisfied with its performance.

Not easy to set up and down lowed apps don't have Chrome apps

Great little laptop for the money. Bought this for my wife to replace her old worn out heavy laptop and she has used it everyday since. Very thin and light with great battery life. She loves it. Buy it on sale and the price is crazy low!

No Quality, its less than a month my child uses it but not functioning well, we need to replace it with Asus. my child is so sad because his classmates got Asus for $150 and functioning better than his and we paid around $200.

not sure why it is crashing, only been using it a month

Got home charged it up Couldn’t set up went back to store they couldn’t either just slow never got a good WiFi connection I even connected it directly ended up returning it

Smaller than expected but works well for a spur of the moment purchase! My laptop died right as my college classes started, and as a PhD student, I definitely needed a laptop. This gets the job done with no issues!
