Bought this for my 13 year old son, it says it works great for basic gaming but we couldn't see how. It hardly wanted to open any programs we even returned it and got a new one to see if we just got a bad pick of the lot but same issues.

Bought this laptop last minute while we were out of town for a few weeks for my son to use for Homeschooling and then i figured we would just have an extra one handy but we have not been able to get it to stay connected to any sort of Wi-Fi

Was a gift for my daughter, for school. Slow to operate from the beginning, but she didn't want to complain. By the time she spoke up, it was past the 14 day mark & they told her there was nothing they could do.

Good reasonably priced laptop. Does baic stuff. If you expect more..pay more

Works for what I need. Basic simple browsing and working on documents.

I would return this computer, but Office is already installed. This computer is constantly "not responding" or then closes out my tabs or just running slow. It's quiet frustrating, save your money and buy something else.

Descent speed. Screen is easy to see from most angles.

I ordered it through pickup and it was no problems. Ideal laptop for college student. Slim and not heavy. Beautiful color too. Only problem is if your looking for more space than given, you would have to purchase space.

Do not purchase this, unless you want to waste money and never use it

All my laptops were stolen! The items were left outside after the UPS store closed. I wan t two day delivery but instead the items were ship the next.

Bought this for my nephew's birthday and it has given him problems to load the page since day one. Unfortunately because of work i hadn't been a le yo return it and now its too late. It sucks, dont buy.

This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made. It absolutely will not load anything when searching the internet. Worst part is they only give you 14 days to return if you are not satisfied. Not happy at all.

Not even three months old and I have to get it fixed due to an update that is apparently supposed to "better" my laptop?? Absolutely poor technology I've ever gotten and completely pointless.

I bought this laptop not even a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it because it’s so slow. Anything you click into takes forever then never loads. Waste of money.

It's a good product. Price,speed,battery life and efficiency.

not satisfied with my purchase!! it came defected. cannot use the mouse pad i have to leave the aftermarket mouse i bought. when i opened it and realized it was defected it was kind of too late to return
