No speed, tough to set up, didn't care for the new internet connection with Microsoft. Was going to use it for a conference and it was so slow I returned it within days of trying to make it work.

Very slow start up. Got it used, was a floor model. Looked brand new. Returned, but still got charged for recycling fee. Even though I brought back within an hour. Not cool.

This is a complete lemon, don't buy for any reason. I bought one for my 5 year old niece and even for that it was insufficient. An extra $100 or $200 is worth not buying a paperweight

This laptop is the perfect size for a student. The keyboard sounds like a dream and setting up is super easy! The storage is just enough to get work done! I love it!

It’s works for my gaming devices and it’s very nice. Not only is it fast and efficient , it’s comes with Microsoft so it makes everything easy for college as well.

Worst laptop i have ever used. Cant even load google without it taking 10 minutes. Insanely slow even using the FILES app. You're better off spending more money.

The graphics are very clear and crisp and I bought this to use specifically with my cricket cutting machine. It’s able to use Bluetooth and very lightweight.

Worst possible computer and support from best Buy or from HP. Absolutely worthless. Save yourself a lot of trouble and move on.

Returned after it would continually 100% disc and 100% CPU. Horribly cheap device.

Has a lot of issues freezing, won't log in, wont go to sites you click on. Never seen an HP do this. I am going to return it.

Very affordable, works great my son loves it. He finds it very simple to use and get his online courses done. As well as watching movies and videos.

This laptop is good for what I need it to do I purchased it for my Crafting and it's working very well for that and not to mention the price it was worth my buy

The Microsoft constantly crashes and freez all the time. Ive only had this laptop 3 weeks and the updates are ridiculous.

Do not buy this laptop. I should have listened to the salesman that said it his number one most returned item.
