Miss my old one

Sadly I had to buy the new version because the screen broke while moving to college. The first one I bought froze the same day and I returned it to get another one. The second one kept shutting off every couple of minutes. I returned it and decided to get a different laptop.

Not even for simple tasks

We tried to communicate with HP technical support to see if there was something we were doing wrong. They themselves said this was a "last resort" kind of laptop, and not recommended.
