Great beginner laptop and good battery life. Enough storage

This laptop is really working well for me. It’s what I’m used to. I’m not a gamer or do anything special on it. Prior to the purchase of this HP I had purchased a Chromebook but the Chromebook just didn’t work well for me. Chromebook is good but it’s just not what I’m used to.

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

Out of the box, this computer runs like the memory is full. It is slow and download are only allowable through microsoft; outside downloads are blocked. You cannot change app permissions, nor use an outside antivirus. I bought this for my preschooler - to download homeschool apps, and I wasted money because after I took it out of the box, I let it sit for 3 weeks until it was time to begin... the return period was already expired by this time! The return timing is a money trap! Don't buy this unless you only intend to do that absolute bottom line basics.

It was an excellent deal and most convenient. With this purchase being an open-box item, it came in great condition. It was a lucky find.

Great purchase for work. I bought this laptop for an intern who joined my business. It's simple enough to use easily and does all the functions needed for day-to-day tasks. The white color is also really pretty and stands out nicely!

It is different and have updated quality that my old computer processed

So far no complaints, this laptop works great for the price, convenient and easy to use, you are not hoping to get jet speed but does what I need it to do
