works just like any other computer don't need to buy 500 when this is great for me or my kids

I bought this item and for the most part I don’t use it not because I don’t like it just don’t use it

I love the laptop, but after having it for a few months, it completely stopped charging and won’t turn on.

This is a good laptop but i need more space on it. But is a little small but it's easy to use just like any other laptop

If I could give this computer a Zero I would. I has the worst experience with this computer. I turned it on, set it up, and the next day it began clitching with no avail to turn back on. Returned it the next day. But I alo bought nother one and that one kept reading website not available, wait or exit. Not a good computer. The processor is extremely slow.

I'm pleased with my decision to purchase this laptop; it's compact, lightweight, and fits the purpose I had in mind perfectly. Additionally, the color is fantastic!

Great laptop it is exactly what I need for school it’s fast has great battery life and just the right size laptop I need

I purchased this laptop for me to watch movie and do some documentary work on it. The only problem is it glitches alot and all of a sudden it just stops playing my video. So all i have to do is restart it again.

I'm really enjoying the laptop. It has walked me through the setup and made it all so easy. I highly recommend it.

Pretty good laptop and perfectly sufficient for school, watching movies/shows, and work, as well. You may want to ci sider a different ootion for anything that is a little more high-yield like games are big programs.

Low priced hp laptop , it’s easy to set up and use. It is all we need, the tech at Best Buy was very helpful, he gave us his full attention. We’re happy !

computer was brand new but when logged into it was being slow. had thought it was a problem with the internet but after a couple days realized it was the computer. the whole computer kept freezing after trying to open any app on it. And took up to 10min to open and even then nothing loaded.
