1st one purchased 7/30 worked giod, but when i picked it up while in use, screen would scroll, vidios would fast forward, pages would change. Exchanged it for another one. The replacement slows down and comes to a grinding halt after about 5 minutes of use. I had an older version of this laptop that was about 3 years old. It always worked great, untill ot got filled with water. HP, you better step up your game!

This laptop was really slow. I got it because the reviews were good. I wouldn’t recommend getting this laptop. The employee that I spoke to when I returned it also said that the laptop gets returned a lot. So don’t get this laptop!

I love my HP, I’ve always preferred HP laptops over MAC they are more accessible and to me easier to navigate.

The HP computer is a very good product. The HP Support Assistant is great and very accurate and very reliable.

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.
