I decent computer for the price. I was npt thrilled with S Mode and only being able to use Microsoft apps and the edge browser, but there is a work around. I understand the reasoning but, I prefer to use my own virus software and the freedom tochoose my browser. For this reason, I have it 4 stars.

Limited hard drive space but overall good purchase.

Running steam os, works great. Battery life is only tick with it.

It has good speed and it’s a great computer for doing college and getting your assignments turned in quickly.

Its a great shape and looks very clean without any dirt.

Nice LOOKING computer, however it's very slow with loading. It's like dialup. I just got this computer and so there is literally nothing on it aside from pre-downloaded apps. Would not get if you're a student looking for a cheap laptop for college.

Great reliable laptop for school or work. windows S mode, so you can only download Microsoft apps/ and Edge browser is only downfall , as I favor the Chrome browser. No back light keyboard

Too slow to use properly, especially for a child as each page takes minutes to load they start clicking other things, even opening the start menu is over a minute. There is clearly something wrong but I am not able to figure it out. I guess this is my punishment for buying a $200 lapotop and of course the return window is tiny I didn't even have it out of the package before the return window ended.

Its okay for the price. Good for small business handling, can't have to many open pages at once with this one. But if you looking for good price and value for the price this is it. Love the color pairs well with my bluetooth mouse. No complaints so far

absolutely amazing! very fast and keeps up with every tap and click effortlessly.

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

I love it but is a little slow sometimes to start up defiently would recommend this computer to someone who knows how to use them as they need to switch it out of S mode for it to work properly
