Great computer for a good price.

I’m not a gamer or do anything special on it. Prior to the purchase of this HP I had purchased a Chromebook but the Chromebook just didn’t work well for me. Chromebook is good but it’s just not what I’m used to.

Don't buy this!

It is slow and download are only allowable through microsoft; outside downloads are blocked. You cannot change app permissions, nor use an outside antivirus. I bought this for my preschooler - to download homeschool apps, and I wasted money because after I took it out of the box, I let it sit for 3 weeks until it was time to begin... the return period was already expired by this time! The return timing is a money trap! Don't buy this unless you only intend to do that absolute bottom line basics.

It's Ok.

I got this for my kids for Christmas to watch videos on YouTube and use for basic school. We have only had it a couple weeks but it freezes up a lot just on YouTube. It would be better to buy the next step up.

Terrible even for the low price

It’s never been off my desk, and very well treated. Went to use it after a few months of it not being used and it won’t load anything. It takes about 2 minutes for the internet to open. I understand the specs, but when I first got it, it was fine for what I need it for. Now after barely using it, it doesn’t work.
