I purchased this laptop for my elderly mother who likes to surf the internet. It serves its purpose as it is simple enough not to confuse her. It’s also pretty sturdy.

Exactly what I wanted. Can receive and send emails, do banking, and read the latest news--at a great price!

HP has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff to guide you through the set up process.

This computer was a cheap greatly priced laptop for what I had to do with it but honestly I wish it would’ve had a little bit faster firmware I’ll always be a Best Buy customer though

Not really impressed with the product or service I received.

Very good for its price and I chose the Windows 11 home option and it still works faster for Internet browsing and Youtube videos.

This is a really good computer for the price. I am using it to write this review. Lightweight with a large screen.

I needed a disc drive but this didn't have one. Other than that it's a good laptop.

Although its cheap, its a terrible product. I've been trying to login to my email and attach a focument for 20 minutes. Its way too slow amd is not functional even for the most basic tasks. I boufht it for emails and work documents only and its terrible.

The computer is super fastand easy to use, and the definition of the screen is incredible.

Works great. Absolutely amazing for any online work. I use it to work from home fast quality Internet, and loading.

Sturdy, useful, low-end laptop does everything needed for works - office, internet, etc. If you keep all your documents on the cloud, the low amount of storage isn't a problem.

The computer is lightweight, runs well and is very fast compared to my previous Chromebook.

It’s ok it blacks out when there’s too much going on, it’s slow, and a lot of things don’t work like downloading files that aren’t in the store.

Screen shattered after a month kid dropped it or something.it worked for couple month using tv as monitrr but then uodated and tv wouldnot work on hdmi or wireless..
