Very good laptop. Bought in 2022 and still using it without any issues in 2024

I purchased this for my husband. It was easy to set up for the most part. We're elderly and some of the process didn't make sense to us but did to the neighbors 10 yr old! It's perfect size and VERY lightweight compared to my 11 yr old Dell laptop. Glad I got it on a flash sale or I wouldn't have been able to get it for him. Thank you Best Buy

You get what you pay for, just for standard everyday web browsing. No really gaming besides roblox. Good for a K-7th grade student that needs a laptop for school

This laptop was intended to replace a Dell Inspiron. However, I can not transfer the old computer info to the new HP because MicroSoft requires me to renew the old units license. The new HP has its own license so I do not have an up to date laptop. Also, the ability to locate user functions baffles me and HP dupport has been minimal and ineffective. Back to Apple for preferred tech!

Computer doesn't come with enough memory to install stock updates. it's a $250 brick.

I can’t give a rating for this kaptop that I bought because it’s a piece of junk. the staff didn’t tell me that this laptop is a piece of junk. I can’t even work properly because it’s keep on lagging . My manager already complained because i have so many work to do and my laptop just keep on lagging everyday and whole day bot even once it functions correctly

love this laptop. definitely recommend for doing school work on if you’re in college

I really got this laptop for now so I'm to mad at it. It's a bit laggy sometimes but it is still good. The size is travel size in a way and niceto have if you need it for some time.

Very good computer. Good value for the money. I thought I would have trouble typing on such a small keyboard but it's very comfortable. I've enjoyed using it.

Ridiculously slow speed. I purchased this laptop only because I am unable to edit my website from a mobile device. I use my iPad for everything else. This laptop is not even good for that! Unless you are looking for something with a vintage vibe, taking you back to AOL dialup days, do not bother with this laptop.

I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my kids to work on schoolwork. I was completely wrong. Out of the box this laptop has been nothing but slow. I have a 14 year old laptop that runs quicker than this, which is entirely disappointing. Just to get on Google it has to be restarted. And of course less than 30 days since purchasing it Best Buy won’t let me return or exchange it!

Needed a low budget computer for Microsoft office and internet use with Windows 11. I like the safe feature. Did not like what Chromebooks offered and limited too

I am doing mostly bill pay and CEU’s for my profession. Very little requiring heavy graphic use. Its very simplistic. Its light weight. It does what i need it to do.

I love this small laptop. It's small enough to carry anywhere, but large enough to be able to see the screen easily and to use the keyboard easily. I use an external drive for the majority of my files because I go back and forth between two laptops and a desktop and thus take my files everywhere I might need them. The color (rose gold) of this great small laptop gets many complements, and love it!
