Not sure what to do...

It's Internet speed is not as good as it could be and it's hard to update it and that's even hard. I don't know if it's the computer or my apartment. My other computers could handle my Internet, so I am guessing it's this computer.

Super slow

It felt like it took forever to load. Once it got settled after a few minutes, the processing speed felt a little better. But, it's almost like you can't turn off or restart it because then you have to deal with the ridiculous wait time for apps to load.

It’s strictly a laptop to watch shows/movies. The space is full, and the hard drive can’t be upgraded, due to the fact that it is built in to the motherboard. I wish I would have known before I bought it.

Every single task you try to perform on this computer experiences a major lag. I'm shocked that a brand new computer could be so slow. Returned after 2 days...save your time and spend the few extra bucks for a better model.
