Keyboard has a delay when pressing keys. Frustrating when writing something.

This laptop was an excellent price and was easy to set up. The screen is a great size for Zoom classes! It was such a great deal that I purchased another one.

Super slow computer!! Not good enough for what I need for

I ordered it through pickup and it was no problems. Ideal laptop for college student. Slim and not heavy. Beautiful color too. Only problem is if your looking for more space than given, you would have to purchase space.

I upgraded the ram to 8gbs and that was the ONLY way it became useable. I had to do this because money was tight but for any who has ANY other options don't buy this.

Purchased this for school but unfortunately i might not be able to use it. Since day one its been slow but it got better for a little then right back alow. I’ll be taking it in to see what’s wrong soon but overall bad computer.

I am trying to place an order, the call has been disconnected twice, with no return call. I am not satisfied at all. I also tried to price match, unable to do that as well, not allowing the price match to go through online. I am very very, dissatified with Best Buy Today.

This LP is great for simple use apps not requiring heavy RAM memory use. It's a little slow but must say perfect for basic home use. One word of caution, if you need HP support, don't count on it ... I contacted HP and what a nightmare. Had to escalate to HP corporate.

Terrible computer barely used the screen went black after 10 moths. Can't use it anymore.

The screen lighting and text are super harsh on eyes even when you try to adjust it and not being able to look at the screen good just ruins the whole experience but battery life is decent and it will barely work if you like to download a lot of apps

Good laptop for its price. Got a HP printer so it was super easy to link them together.
